The 30-minute session will be held on the 7th April at 9:45am in the Topic Taster Arena.
Topics to be covered include economic and workforce realities facing L&D and HRD today, the benefits of formal mentoring as a talent development strategy, and steps that leaders can take to position mentoring as a critical strategy at their organisations.
